Sustainability we actually practice
Our itineraries are built with SBN Foundation (Yayasan Svarga Bhumi Nusantara), a formal local partnership focused on mangrove restoration, waste, and village-led programs. Not a logo on a slide.
For companies
Ten years of running tours in Bali, one formal sustainability partnership with SBN Foundation, and a single team handling logistics , so your People or HR team can focus on the outcome, not the itinerary.

Why Bali Eco Journeys
We're a small, Bali-based operator. What we offer companies is straightforward: a genuine sustainability practice, real local relationships, and a team that takes logistics off your plate.
Our itineraries are built with SBN Foundation (Yayasan Svarga Bhumi Nusantara), a formal local partnership focused on mangrove restoration, waste, and village-led programs. Not a logo on a slide.
A decade of running tours across Bali means we work with village councils, farmers, and guides directly. Your team gets access to places and people that don't appear on a booking platform.
One point of contact, one proposal, one on-the-ground team. Transport, accommodation, meals, guides, and program flow are all coordinated so HR/People teams aren't project-managing from another timezone.
What we run
Each format can be anchored around our existing experiences, the Mangrove Day Tour, Penglipuran Village, or Foraging Tour, or built fully custom for your team.

Immersive multi-day programs focused on connection, trust, and shared experience away from the office.
How we build it
Often anchored around one of our signature experiences, a village day, a mangrove morning, or a foraging session, with the rest custom-built to your team.

Structured gatherings that combine real working sessions with meaningful local experiences, not a conference room with palm trees outside.
How we build it
We plan around your agenda first. Experiences slot into free afternoons or a dedicated day, so the offsite still delivers on its work objectives.

Shorter, purpose-driven experiences tied directly to real sustainability and community work, reportable against your CSR or ESG commitments.
How we build it
Built on our existing programs, Mangrove Day, Penglipuran Village, and the Foraging Tour, or scoped as a fully custom impact day with SBN Foundation.
How it works
Designed to be legible to internal stakeholders. Screenshot this section, forward it, and it should answer most of the questions your team will have.
You share your team, rough dates, group size, and what you want the retreat to accomplish. A short form is enough to start.
Day 0
A working call to align on objectives, tone, budget range, and any constraints, travel policy, dietary needs, accessibility, working hours.
Within 3 business days
A tailored itinerary with day-by-day flow, accommodation options, transparent pricing, and named local partners. Iterate until it fits.
1–2 weeks
We run logistics end-to-end on the ground, transfers, guides, meals, program flow. Your team focuses on the experience, not the operations.

Sustainability & partnership
SBN Foundation is our formal, ongoing sustainability partner. It's a local Indonesian foundation, not a certification we bought. Working with them means:
